jcpenney’s Home Office provides more than just a workplace to over 5,000 associates. Home Office associates enjoy a 125-acre campus that includes a fitness center, jogging trail, medical facility and an on-site childcare center. Our childcare facility provides care for children from 6 weeks old through pre-kindergarten. The center boasts low teacher-student ratios and full-day school-age summer camps. Additionally our benefits package provides our associates and their families health and wellness programs.
