JCPenney’s Home Office provides more than just a workplace to over 5,000 Associates. Home Office Associates enjoy a 125-acre campus that includes a fitness center, jogging trail, medical facility and an on-site childcare center. Our childcare facility provides care for children from 6 weeks old through pre-kindergarten. The center boasts low teacher-student ratios and full-day school-age summer camps.
