Chairman’s Message
For more than 30 years, JCPenney’s Supplier Diversity program has identified, mentored and supported the training of qualified minority and women-owned suppliers to ensure we have a strong supplier base. We believe that having diversity in our supplier base helps keep JCPenney open to innovative ideas and new ways of doing business.
We are proud to be members of the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council because we believe our suppliers should reflect the diversity of our customers.
