Operations and Services
JCPenney relies on its suppliers to help us offer compelling merchandise and services that will increase customer loyalty.

To support our business, suppliers should understand JCPenney’s business dynamics and be agile and flexible in responding to changing business conditions.

Retail Operations

With more than 1,000 stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico and jcp.com – one of the largest apparel and home furnishing sites on the Internet and the largest general merchandise catalog business – JCPenney is offering better quality, styling, accessories and a relevant shopping experience to become the preferred shopping choice for Middle America.

Not-for-Resale Products and Services

JCPenney is focusing on enhancing our store portfolio through renovations of our existing store base and evolving our off-mall format to provide a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers. To help us achieve our goal, suppliers work with our procurement group to negotiate contracts for not-for-resale products and services. Learn More
