PLANO, Texas (June 4, 2010) -- J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) announced that James Kenney, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations, will present at the Piper Jaffray 30th Annual Consumer Conference in New York on June 9, 2010. The presentation, which will be available via webcast, is scheduled for approximately one hour starting at 9:10 am ET. Replays of the webcast will be available for up to 30 days after the event.
