JCPenney utilizes an industry-leading Transportation Management System for routing inbound orders from our US suppliers to JCPenney facilities. This system dynamically routes orders using near real-time information to minimize both cost and the number of trucks needed. Reducing the number of trucks required for pickup and delivery of freight reduces traffic congestion, fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
