Our Annual WINNING TOGETHER Survey
Every year, each associate has the opportunity to participate in our WINNING TOGETHER survey, which asks questions on a variety of employment issues. Survey results are shared with all associates, and each department, store, or logistics center receives a survey feedback report which provides powerful information on where they are strong and where they need to improve
