Logistics Trainee

As a Logistics Trainee you will experience firsthand how our supply chain network handles shipments from all over the world to fuel the merchandise supply for jcpenney stores and jcp.com.

During this four-month training program at a logistics center, you will shadow managers while learning about the state-of-the-art receiving and shipping technology and operations that make jcpenney an industry leader. A host of projects, activities and hands-on training will facilitate your learning as senior managers mentor and coach you to success.

Upon successful completion of the Logistics Trainee program, you will be promoted to a Logistics Supervisor position supporting center operations and our supply chain centers nationwide. Along with a competitive salary and bonus potential, your relocation expenses will be covered.
