Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager at JCPenney, you will manage the development of key products and categories to achieve sales and profit growth of our private brands, ensuring that a brand's profile and integrity are executed.
Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the timely development of merchandise assortments that support specific brand strategies, and
• Ensuring that the nature, quality, and timeliness of brands are customer focused.

If you have eight to12 years of experience in the retail buying or wholesale merchandising, a college degree or equivalent business experience.
