Technical Designer 

As a Technical Designer at jcpenney, you will bring your technical evaluation and expertise into the creation of our merchandise. You will oversee design, construction and manufacturing to achieve appropriate fit, quality and style interpretation, ensuring customer satisfaction and a reduction in returns. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing buyers and others in the establishment of construction standards and the acceptance and support of quality control programs to enhance the level of control, and
• Working with suppliers to adhere to Company standards on a regular basis.
