Area Training Manager

As a Salon Area Training Manager, you will oversee salon training facilitation and tracking, while identifying training opportunities with the District and Store Manager to meet sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Executing high-quality training programs effectively and ensuring adequate training materials,
• Setting training goals and calendars and assessing participants' use of knowledge and skills, and
• Counseling with associate recruitment on recruitment opportunities.

If you have seven or more years' experience in a multi-store environment, three or more years of salon training or managing experience, a college degree or equivalent business experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and an ability to conduct large and small hands-on training seminars, apply for a Salon Area Training Manager position. Active cosmetology license preferred.
