Stylist

As a Stylist, you will perform professional styling services for JCPenney salon customers while building and maintaining a client base through prospecting, demonstrations, networking and consistent rebooking of all clients.
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting complete consultations including pricing of services with every customer,
• Suggesting appropriate professional products for customers' hair care needs, and
• Staying abreast of new styles and techniques through completion of Company training programs.

We're looking for someone with a current cosmetology license that meets state requirements, along with cutting, shaping, coloring, perming and combing skills, familiarity with hair and scalp treatments and professional styling products. Knowledge of chemical interactions, safety, production techniques and disposal methods is also required.
