Dispatcher/Receiver

As Dispatcher/Receiver in our custom decorating department, you will provide clerical and manual support for the timely installation of completed jobs. Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and checking in of merchandise,
  • Completing receiving logs,
  • Tagging and placing merchandise in the warehouse in appropriate areas,
  • Setting installation appointments with customer, and
  • Preparing installer’s daily paperwork, processing final payment paperwork, and entering re-works and re-selects.
If you have effective communication and arithmetic skills and are able to develop a comprehensive knowledge of procedures and systems that apply to an assigned area, apply to be a Dispatcher/Receiver.
