Studio Coordinator
As a Studio Coordinator in one of our in-store custom decorating studios, you will be responsible for providing customer service leadership, assisting customers and providing follow up to achieve promise dates to ensure the attainment of sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Decorator Consultants by entering all customer leads and jobs,
- Performing inquiries, scheduling appointments and advising customers of all available services,
- Reviewing all suspended jobs and resolving problems accordingly,
- Verifying specification sheets for accuracy and completion,
- Handling customer complaints, and
- Administering the Associate referral program.
If you have effective communication and arithmetic skills, along with basic knowledge of CRT(PC) data input skills and the ability to interpret data, apply to be a Studio Coordinator.
