Beauty Supervisor

As a Beauty Supervisor in a Sephora inside JCPenney shop, you will lead all sales, operations and human resource functions. Additionally, you will ensure that merchandising and marketing reflect the Sephora brand and deliver maximum profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in achieving store sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses,
• Hiring, training and appraising all product consultants, and supervising them in driving sales of beauty products within the Sephora store, and
• Organizing and reviewing merchandising presentations and animations.

If you have one to three years of experience in retail management, have a passion for serving customers, an ability to collaborate and lead across functions, and a desire to be part of a new, exciting business initiative, apply for a Beauty Supervisor position.
