Senior Industrial Engineer 

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will implement programs to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and support development of engineered work standards, productivity improvement and ergonomic programs for all assigned logistics centers. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing processes to assure logistics centers are compliant with building codes, OSHA and federal regulations, factory mutual insurance requirements, workers' compensation insurance recommendations and environmental issues,
• Performing studies to develop job specific engineered work standards and associated pay-for-performance recommendations for supply chain facilities while overseeing productivity audits to ensure optimal work methods and procedures are employed using statistical analysis, computer simulation, mathematical modeling, and work measurement, and
• Determining physical infrastructure and process changes needed to comply with any government regulations to reduce loss due to theft or injury.
