Area Supervisor
As an Area Supervisor, you will oversee a specific area of function in your assigned logistics center to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently to achieve Logistics centers' business plans and priorities. Responsibilities include:
- Observing Associate performance, equipment and machines with regard to proper operation and safety and reporting any problems to maintenance and engineering,
- Overseeing operations of assigned area and suggesting improvements to procedures, processes, schedules, and other issues that could increase productivity and efficiency, and
- Assisting with annual plans and other goals for assigned area and supporting senior managers of the facility as requested.
