Function Supervisor
As a Function Supervisor, you will supervise activities of an assigned functional area, providing effective and efficient operation monitoring while overseeing maximum productivity. JCPenney's Function Supervisors ensure the accuracy of performance consistent with business and customer service objectives, as well as inventory control procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing operations and suggesting improvements for all procedures, processes and activities while managing safety and standards,
- Overseeing Associate performance records, accuracy reports, production control and carryover and maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory on a daily and annual basis, and
- Communicating mechanical or computer difficulties to the engineering and maintenance department and ensuring that proper repair is received.
