Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance program within a logistics center to ensure timely and effective technical and janitorial maintenance activities in accordance with Company standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with risk management, construction and other corporate departments regarding equipment, facility maintenance and regulatory issues,
  • Purchasing parts and materials for maintenance purposes as required and scheduling maintenance tasks and inventories, and
  • Overseeing all contract maintenance including quotes, contracts, as well as all inspections and licenses necessary for facility to function.
