Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance program within a logistics center to ensure timely and effective technical and janitorial maintenance activities in accordance with Company standards. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising maintenance personnel on assigned shifts to ensure the facility and equipment are maintained at the highest level of efficiency
• Directing work order assignments to ensure safety and production related issues are completed expeditiously
• Assisting maintenance Associates with diagnosis and repairs when necessary
• Planning, scheduling and completing projects for facility improvement to attain unit and maintenance department objective while managing labor and materials within controllable budget constraints
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the minimum of production down time

Preferred experience includes: working knowledge of Supply Chain center conveyors, high-speed sorting systems and related electrical/mechanical maintenance systems and possess strong leadership skills. Knowledge of MP2 preferred. Apply for a Maintenance Supervisor position today!
