In addition to offering enhanced customer service via in-store training and certification, we are installing bi-lingual in-store directional signage, garment labels and price tags.

To form an even deeper emotional connection with our customers, we enhanced the Company's marketing presence in culturally diverse markets. JCPenney is also the exclusive sponsor of the longest running and most popular Latin music awards show, Premio Lo Nuestro (Latin Music Awards).
