Area Training Manager
Area Training Managers are responsible for training and supporting Salon Leaders and Stylists in their territory. This exciting career offers variety and creativity as you work with salons to take advantage of JCPenney’s multitude of training programs and opportunities, and to meet their recruitment and sales goals.
Position guidelines:
- Seven or more years' experience in a multi-store environment
- Three or more years of salon training or managing experience
- A college degree or equivalent business experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- An ability to conduct large and small hands-on training seminars.
- Active cosmetology license preferred
- Area Training Managers support District Managers, Store Managers, and Salon Leaders
